Refund Policy

1. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund if requested within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to both monthly and annual memberships. Refunds after the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, the refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
