1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Amazon Tools League website and community ("the Service"), operated by David Zimmermann ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Amazon Tools League is a membership community providing Amazon tool comparisons, rankings, exclusive discounts, strategy calls, and educational content for Amazon sellers.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Membership and Payment

Membership plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms presented at checkout. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

5. Content and Rankings

Tool rankings, comparisons, and reviews reflect our honest, independent assessment. Rankings may change as tools update their features. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness. Some links may be affiliate links, which is always disclosed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) share or redistribute paid membership content; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) resell access to the community; (d) harass other members; (e) upload malicious content or interfere with the Service's operation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, rankings, comparison sheets, and materials are owned by David Zimmermann. Members may use content for personal business decisions but may not copy, redistribute, or publish it without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tool recommendations are informational, not guarantees of results. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on our content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to paid content ceases at the end of your billing period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
